Haircuts and Canvas Creations

haha Mm..I bet you like my title, ey? Yeah..neither do I haha..

So this past week has been a little more eventful than the others and I've been getting some progress done all around. I finally got my hair cut which was very relieving - due to the fact that its not the same old shoulder length with layer style. Ugh, I've been getting that for the past like three years! Some times i would tell the stylist otherwise, but it would all end up the same way. Now, you all may have your opinions, but I get my haircut at the mall! I'm not really picky, though others advise me not to go there (or Supercuts haha). It complains that they tend to not know your hair enough or take enough time to do it in opposed to having a your very authentic, spankin' own stylist. I don't rlly care, as long as the job gets done!

Aside from getting a haircut, I also got a large scale project thought up, done, and finished the other day! Personally, it makes me feel very good (wide vocabulary, much?) to have finally gotten around to this. The initial idea was..well, I never have any idea until I do it. Well, initially the kitchen had this crappy thing I made where I printed out two pictures of a lotus flower and taped them to the wall, haha (the printer didn't even have any more colored ink and the black ink was fading out). There were two other panels arranged with it that were actually two square dishes that are meant for wall art - purchased a couple years ago from Marshall's. (I arranged them in a square, if you didn't get that visual) About a year in, I believe, one of the printed pictures of a lotus fell off into the garbage below it. The other day I finally decided to put some use to the four canvases I had purchased from Michael's. The lotus idea still stuck around..

Oh, say hi to my Lolo Augustine! He likes to chill outside and sit there..
